Rawalpindi:April 09: Speakers at a ceremony held here on Friday to commemorate Pakistan Day and 74th Foundation Day of Anjuman Faizul Islam (AFI) underlined the importance of scientific, technical and vocational education, terming it vital for development and progress in agriculture, industrial and other related sectors, including science and technology, and reducing unemployment.
The ceremony was chaired by ex-chairman Kahuta Research Laboratories (KRL) Dr. Ashraf Atta and attended by a large number of students of Anjuman Faizul Islam educational institutions besides president of AFI Mohammad Siddique Akbar Mian, V.P. Engineer Abdul Razzaq, General Secretary Raja Fateh Khan, other office-bearers, parents of students, teachers and heads of schools.
