The meeting held a detailed review of expansion of different programmes, including teachers’ salaries. The meeting noted that PEF had already implemented a well-designed teachers training mechanism to sufficiently improve their professional capabilities to give quality education in conducive atmosphere.
The meeting was apprised that Rs100 raise was made in students' monthly fee by the PEF last year. It was, then, directed to the partner schools that half of the additional income would be used for increasing their teachers’ salaries so that they may feel encouraged. The news.
