Punjab Education Foundation Cooking training

LAHORE:September 20:A BATCH of 42 students, studying in schools partnered with the Punjab Education Foundation under its foundation assisted schools programme, has completed its three-month extensive training of culinary art from the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM). According to a handout on Wednesday, the training was arranged by the PEF for its students, all aged 14 and above, under the skill development programme, to develop the partner schools’ students as trained human resource, so that they could help alleviate poverty of their families. The certificate distribution ceremony was held at the COTHM Gulberg campus with PEF Chairman Raja Anwar in the chair. MD-PEF Ambreen Raza, PEF-Director (CPDP) Bushra Saeed Khan, Executive Director COTHM Ahmad Shafiq and other PEF high officials also attended the ceremony.The news.
