PU Seminar on “Crisis of Muslim Ummah and its Resolution”
Lahore: 09 Feb: Punjab University Department of Political Science in collaboration with Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS) organized a seminar on “Crisis of Muslim Ummah and its Resolution” in the Seminar Hall of the Centre. Anchor Person Dunya News Aneeq Ahmad was the keynote speaker. A large number of teachers, scholars and academicians attended the seminar.
In his lecture, Aneeq Ahmad defined the concept of Muslim Ummah and empathized the need of the unity of Muslim Ummah. He said Pakistan could become a role model for other Muslim countries but we would have to prepare ourselves for it. Centre Director, also Chairperson Political Science Deptt, Prof Dr Umbreen Javaid welcomed the guest. A question-answer session was also held on the occasion.
