Bahawalpur: 15 June: Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB) has announced that A delegation of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Dramatic Club led by Director Students Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mehmoood Ahmed and In charge Dramatic Club, Dr. Abdul Wajid Khan called on Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar and presented a cheque amounting to Rs. 200,000/ collected from the Drama Festival organized in the memory of Pak Army jawans who achieved martyrdom in Siachen. This amount will be utilized for the welfare of deserving and needy students of the IUB. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor said that the Dramatic Club had also deposited substantial amount for the flood relief and rehabilitation activities for the affectees in the IUB Flood Relief Cell. He also lauded the passion of the faculty and students associated with Dramatic Club regarding human sympathy and hoped that similar activities will also continue in future. ......
