FC College Team Building Training Workshop coaches student society members

Lahore: 20 Sep: The Student Activities Office arranged a Team Building Training Workshop on 19th September 2012, for the office-bearers of all the societies.
The workshop was organized to help the students learn the skills necessary for becoming good leaders. 70 students from different societies took part in the training. Director Student Activities and Workshop Facilitator, Kashif Sharoon involved the students in interesting teambuilding activities.
The key points focused on during the training were:
Purpose and direction of teams
Understanding team differences
Effective delegation
Team communication
