Developing Future Leaders Programme by LUMS REDC

Lahore: 02 March: Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Lahore has announced that This year marked the fifth offering of the highly acclaimed Developing Future Leaders (DFL) Programme at the LUMS Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC) which lasted from February 15 to 24, 2012.
The comprehensive 9-day programme was designed to equip high potential managers with advanced decision-making and execution skills needed to become visionary leaders. It showcased integrated view of leadership fundamentals and allowed the participants to gain a deeper understanding of core business functions.
With a unique combination of state-of-the-art simulation and interactive case studies participants get a holistic view of management fundamentals. Executives assumed greater cross-functional responsibilities of leadership, DFL aimed at participants with the contemporary knowledge and skills to develop a broader leadership vision for success.
The programme aimed at grooming the next generation of leaders allowing these young executives to accrue extraordinary personal and professional growth and make their respective organisations more productive and competitive.
This year’s offering attracted a diverse group of participants from industries like Telecommunications, Beverages, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)s, Public Sector and more.
The programme proved to be of immense value to the participants, enabling them to assess their own leadership potential. These factors were highly prevalent in their feedback , in which they not only praised the content and structure of the programme but also valued its ability to help them envision their future potential.
