LAHORE:July 20:Senior Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister Senator Zulfiqar Khosa has directed a committee set up for the provision of free education to deserving in private institutions under a 10 percent quota to prepare recommendations as early as possible so that it could be implemented. Presiding over a special meeting in his office at 90-Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Khosa stressed upon the members of the committee to pay special attention to merit for admission of deserving students to private educational institutions in their recommendations and keep in view the example of Daanish schools while making criteria for the poor and deserving students.Dawn.
