Smart School students achieve new heights

LAHORE:26 august:The Smart School High Achievers Ceremony held at The City School DHA campus Lahore on August 22 commemorated the brilliant performance of students in matriculation and PEC board examination. Ever since its inception in 2012, The Smart School students have been showing continuous enhanced performance in each passing year. Matriculation result 2017 is another episode of the tradition of merit adhered and followed. Across central region The Smart School overall result is 100%. The Smart School has its prominent presence across Pakistan in 136 cities with more than 300 schools and a students' strength of almost 70,000. Out of 128 schools affiliated with 7 BISE boards of Punjab, the overall first position in The Smart Schools is bagged by Muzamil Ahmed from TSS Almiraj Campus Lahore. He scored 96.45 % marks. Second position goes to Ahmed Bin Shahid from TSS Samanabad Campus Faisalabad, who scored 95.90 % marks. Third position is shared by two bright students from TSS Bhakar Campus namely Muhammad Hassan Haider and Muhammad Haziq Raza. Both of them scored 95.81 % marks. Another feather in The Smart School'scap is the PEC (Punjab Examination Commission) class five and eight examination results. The Smart School outshone many at this platform as well. In class five PEC exam Fatima Sajid from TSS Samanabad Campus Faisalabad got 94% marks and Fatima Naseeb from TSS Arifwala Campus also got 94 % marks. She stood third at Tehsil level. Likewise in class eight PEC exam the shining stars from TSS Bhakar Campus Muhammad Talha Habeeb, Mah-e-Noor Fatima and Naqsh Zahra got 95 % marks each. Published in Daily Times, August 26th 2017.
